terms.

1. acceptance.

by installing, opening, or using lifestuff (the "app"), you agree to these terms. if you don't agree, don't install it — and request a refund if you've already paid (see §7).

the app is provided by Inflect LLC ("lifestuff", "we").

2. licence grant.

we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to install and run lifestuff on android devices in your household, for personal (non-commercial) use, for as long as you comply with these terms.

"household" means devices in your residence and used by members of your family or invitees. you may install lifestuff on multiple devices in the same household under a single purchase.

3. restrictions.

you may not:

• redistribute, sublicense, or resell the app.
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app except where applicable law expressly permits.
• remove or alter proprietary notices.
• use the app to violate the terms of any third-party service (apple, google, microsoft, open-meteo, etc.).

4. third-party services.

lifestuff connects to services you authorise — calendar providers (apple icloud, google, microsoft), weather (open-meteo), photo sources, and third-party widget endpoints (bird buddy, ecowitt, home assistant, tempest, generic web urls you specify). your use of those services is governed by their own terms. we are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or data-handling decisions made by them.

5. no warranty.

the app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. we do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every android device on the market.

6. limitation of liability.

to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the app is limited to the amount you actually paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim. we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or business interruption.

7. refunds.

we offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund for any purchase made directly from us. email support@lifestuff.tech with your order id and we'll process it.

if you purchased through the google play store, google's standard refund window (2 hours within play store; 48 hours via google play support) applies automatically and is processed by google. our 30-day window runs in addition to that and is honoured directly by us if google's window has closed.

8. updates.

we may release app updates that add, change, or remove features at our discretion. major changes that materially alter functionality you previously paid for will be announced in advance. we will never push an update that converts the app from a one-time purchase to a subscription on a licence you've already paid for.

9. termination.

you may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time. we may terminate your licence for material breach of these terms (e.g. redistribution). if we terminate for breach, your licence ends; if you terminate within 30 days of purchase, see §7.

10. governing law.

these terms are governed by the laws of the state of florida, united states, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in pinellas county, florida.

11. changes to these terms.

we may update these terms from time to time. if we make material changes we'll update the effective date and surface the change in the app on next launch. continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
